Before any payment is made, every client receives a free 1-minute dubbed sample of their actual video. This sample is created using the real voice clone and target language so you can evaluate quality, tone, and style before committing.
Our promise: If you are not satisfied with the free sample, you are under no obligation to proceed. Simply say so and there is nothing to pay. No invoices, no pressure.
We strongly encourage all clients to review the free sample carefully before approving full production. Once full production is approved, the refund conditions in Section 3 apply.
Each pricing plan includes a set number of revision rounds. A revision means changes to the delivered dubbed file based on your original project brief.
What counts as a revision: Adjustments to pacing, tone, pronunciation, volume levels, or dubbing style that fall within the original language and content scope.
What does NOT count as a revision: Changing the target language, adding new scenes not in the original brief, or requesting a complete re-dubbing with a different voice style. These will be quoted as a new project.
Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the delivered file. Requests submitted after 7 days may be treated as a new project.
We aim to resolve all issues through revisions first. Refunds are available in specific circumstances as detailed below.
Full refund means: 100% of the amount paid is returned to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Important: Approving the free sample and proceeding to full production confirms your acceptance of the quality standard and style. Evaluate the free sample thoroughly before approving.
To initiate a refund or dispute, contact us directly. All refund requests are reviewed within 48 hours.
Response time: We respond to all refund requests within 24–48 hours and aim to resolve disputes within 5 business days.
All projects are handled under strict confidentiality. We sign NDAs before any files are shared. Your scripts, footage, voice recordings, and project details will never be shared with third parties under any circumstance.
This policy may be updated periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after a policy update constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
